Data Backup

Data Backup Overview

Our hosting customers are able to connect to our backup service via our core network. Customers have complete control of their backup sets and backup retention periods. A copy is uploaded offsite daily for disaster recovery protection. This is held in two Tier III Data Centres in Dublin.

Should we require a data restore, individual files and folder can be restored easily via your web interface. For larger data restores we receive the data couriered directly from the data centre.
