Returns and Refunds Policy

If you would like to return an item please complete the above form. You will then receive an email containing your RMA information. Print and send a copy of this with your returned item(s) proving it meets the following criteria:

1. Unwanted or unsuitable goods must be returned as sold, IE in the original packaging with all components and accessories.
2. Goods must be complete, unused, and in as new condition and must be re-packaged as received.
3. Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days from completing the rma form. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 7 days.
4. Any free gifts, or bundled items delivered with the products must also be returned.

6. Business Customers and where the return falls outside 7 days from receipt incur a supplier  restocking charge of minimum €30 + vat or 10% of the ex vat value.
7. In the event of an authorised return without the original packaging, Dimension4 reserves the right to apply a re-stocking fee.
